THE MAKING OF A BARMAID

There’s nothing worse than a night out with bad drinks and a worse vibe.
Overpriced cocktails, underwhelming energy, and somehow you still end up home by 11.

I got tired of it.

So the party moved.

Out of crowded bars and into my tiny apartment, where the drinks were better, the music was right, and the vibe was… actually a vibe.

That’s where it started.

I began hosting friends. shaking, stirring, setting the tone. I learned quickly that once you understand the ratios and use good ingredients, a killer espresso martini isn’t complicated.

And then it clicked.
if I could make that, I could make anything.

So, a hostess was born.
And not long after… a barmaid.
